i remember reading something like that previously
my point is they (AF) have been taking millions of dollars in loans to advance the project but haven't been spending it on anything of note, project has barely advanced and no sign of progress with landholders, hardly any drilling from memory, who's pockets have been filling up?
also seems dodgy that one group would offer $27m more than the other parties
what do the losing parties get out of the deal (other 2 D&C components)?
similar deal with Cuervo
add all the selling before the halt, no guarantee of further rise without proof of funds imo
still looks good value with the cash on hand plus Berau money, Cuervo investment and possibly 100% of large high grade iron project but happy to watch for a while
big question mark still there whether or not SRK will see any repayment of loan or bid money
