it is certainly a win win
most importantly it validates the value of the assets in question, whether they get the assets or the cash it should be rerated either way
I was expecting no response from D&C companies but the fact that they have decided to bid against each other shows that there is demand for what we have. If they had bid together as one they could have just bid the minimum
to receive us $62 & market cap $16m wow, page-18
