Upside long term definately outweighs short term K8 without a doubt.
I guess we just have to wait until early to see if payment comes through etc.
My fear is point 4 as yes they'll end up with 100% which long term is brilliant but any legal stoush will cost a lot of money etc, especially if they have to end up paying anything to D & C for the remainder etc.
