Stands to reason Huninni that you'd be hoping to get your stock back lower than 15.5 cents……It can be a nervous wait when selling in the hope of a retracement and sweating on it occurring.
I've been spending hours attempting to find some Pesca skeletons regarding court battles or any type of possible shifty dealings to no avail.
They appear to do what they set out to achieve and what i also found interesting is that they went into acquisition mode during the 2001 recession, so they have a history of looking beyond the here and now with buying depressed assets.
They appear well connected to capital markets with many options available to them in the past, have a history of buying during bad times, have no history of playing legal games (That i can find) and on the surface, it looks like they are about to acquire a quality asset at a substantial discount.
I also researched the Xstrata bid and found that it was in fact for US$650m and these these guys could be getting around 70% of it for US$62m.
