    clarke, not quite the deal was srk makes the first offer if it is beaten the winner must buy out all others on those terms even if it was just 1$ above srk's.

    If it is not beaten then SRK moves too 100%

    D & C Pesca had the highest bid and now must buy out all the other partners + the loans on the same terms.

    I believe the first payment of $27.5m is due on the 5th of November. If they default on this which I believe is unlikely it will go to the second highest bidder.
