They appear to have the funds to do the purchase and a long established and successful set of businesses that are doing very well.
why would they bid for something and then not follow through? I can't think of any reason once the bid was made.
If they wanted to go to court why not bid nothing at the end of the shootout take SRK to court straight away?
what was the point of bidding a high amount then renegging? remember they have no stock in SRK so they would not benifit from a bounce.
