    one things for certain is that D&C group are sophisticated investors and will have a good idea about what the assets are worth

    its certainly not like dealing with your typical local partners in Africa etc, these guys have some serious wealth but its just whether they are serious about their bid or whether they will play dirty and head to the courts, no doubt they are well connected in Peru
