has anyone been able to work out what the financial position of D & C group is they seem to have a lot of different interests the one of biggest intest is a 36.25% stake worth $191m in Copeinca ASA (total market cap of $526m) and its paying an 8.5% dividend to boot.

They seem to have significant agricultrial interests as well in particular Camposol Holdings which has a market cap of $114m. I cant see what % that D and C own but samual Dyer Coriat is executive chairman of the board so I assume they have a significant stake in that too.

looks like they have the capacity to pay the $62m to buy out SRK without to much of a stretch???
