If the payment isn't legit which I suspect it isn't in my opinion, yes they'll end up with 100% of AF which long term is brilliant but short term it means it will end up in the Courts most likely and we know markets do not like situations like that at all. Take away the $9mil they have to pay Cuervo and they'll be down to $10mil with $4mil coming from Berau which is still a decent position to be in.

Like I said, we aren't privy to the T & C's of the shootout clause so we don't know why they stumped up a ridiculous amount of $27mil......this is the million dollar question! What happens if for one reason or another they then have to actually pay D&C something for their 50%?

All I'm saying as in the short term this thing has got a couple more hurdles to potentially jump I'm thinking. Massive fan of SRK as everyone knows but I just don't like the wording and circumstances of the Ann in my opinion. Make no mistake, if any of the above does transpire in the short term, the SP will take a little hit again back to previous levels imo. Once they get over the crap though, it'll be all blue sky though and will rise accordingly imo.
