I see your point Huninni but I think the difference will be between a big increase in the SP if the $27.5mn is shown to be real, or even when / if SRK ANN that they have confirmed the cash is really there in D&C's bank account which could happen any day.

Or an even bigger increase if SRK take control of thw whole thing.

My current holding is not particuarly large atm but if the capper is still operating tomorrow I will join him in buying stock at 16c ... hopefully a few others will as well and the sellers at these silly levels will move there offers higher or run out of stock at 16.

And if it is a concert party churning between accounts on the screen, then, when people like me step in and start buying the capper's churn he will have to give up or move higher.

I have done a fair bit of "what if" theorising and calculations this afternoon (my time currently Sydney minus 8 hours) and I am still convinced we have a win / win situation here - hence the aggressive capping I suppose.

Let's see what transpires during Friday's session.
