    Either way huninni the 27m payment appears to be due on the 5 th of November. If the make this the second payment is due on the 31st of December. If the first payment is made the second one is assured or else they just threw away 27m.

    not long to we find out I'm holding on to find out.

    By the way I'm pretty sure the offer was $650m with srk's 68% at that time was worth 450m.
