Ask yourself why?
No one lends money, especially an unsecured loan to a company based on an erroneous promise and whose SP has collapsed from 15c to 2c. No one doe this!!!!
Why is there a trading halt immediately after this announcement.
Capital raising (unlikely) .... possibly financial collapse (outside chance), or the opposite (hopefully!)
Any which way I don't stand to loose much, it's been lost already LOL
