You represent a 19% shareholding if you dont like the outcome of the EGM then you have 2 options:
1. Bid for the company outright
or
2. Sell out
I am not aligned with management at all but you are carrying on trying to undermine things for the company with your daily banter which is negative for all shareholders which I dont like.
Please just abide by the refs whistle or do one of the options suggested
