If Risco and Chatchai wanted the sp to fall further they would not have made an on market purchase.
The company was throwing too much money on exploration under Menzies leadership, this was a much needed change. Really need to analyze the situation a bit more and stop seeing it as Risco/Chatchai vs Shareholders. Reality is majority ownership of the company will always be of either party, until they decide the price is high enough for them to sell without making a loss on their investment.
