I probably did not word things right in that I expect the co to have net cash of $24 M by year end which is the same as its current market cap. Of course if this happened the share price would push up the market cap/ev.
Now if the cheque book is being controlled as you say then the its also possible that people price in that the cash will not go back to shareholders.
