Im not backtracking at all, its unfortunate only for those that held, doesnt mean I feel sorry for them. If you call it total disregard, thats your choice, if I was worried about "being caught" doing anything then I wouldn't have posted my thoughts because thats a sure way of "being caught"I would think.

If they had played it right they would be far better off than I right now had they re-enetered.
The ineligible shareholders who sold pre merger are now far better off the the 99% who weren't ineligible who haven't sold. Can look at it any number of ways but the facts are the hard choices were made for the benefit of the majority not the 0.01% which is how it should be 100% of the time.
