The most common issue with bores is the water being pumped out faster than it can flow back into the bore. I suspect poor water management is more than likely the issue rather than there not being enough water. This is one of the many operational issues that Mark Turner is being paid ~$10,000/week to rectify.
Barring mechanical failure or some weather event there should be no reason why they should not achieve production guidance this quarter and next.
