Big question is whether they can stem the attrition rates of their rent rolls.
Costs can still be cut considerably (working off the 1st half 2007 financials) and there should be upside from the tight rental market and the 2nd wave sales boom were seeing at the moment.
My only fear is that the entire 'listed property management' idea is a con, the founders used investors funds to cash out their and there mates rent rolls on huge multiples and low scrip rates, and will pick them up on the cheap again when the bank pulls the plug. Time will tell
But hey thats just the skeptic inside me...
