i got some rnc early this year. ok sure i didnt do enough research, but my friend had gone throuhg it and with low ongoing costs and the high rental market in aus at the moment, plus being a long way from the original launch price, it seemed a good go. anyone have any opinion on them? is it worth holding for 12 months or so? or are there better places to put it, as this is one of my few "spec" rated stocks
to hold or to drop
