Given that there were broker valuations around that had some huge numbers on them (especially wih rail), you'd think a law firm could make a tidy clip on a success based fee.
BRM has a MC of around $1 billion when the Independent Directors told us "Not to sell at the implied value"
It now has a MC of $345M ... that's a big difference!
