In one sense while I am appalled by Wah Nam, they are not the first thieves to operate on the ASX.
What amazes me is how thumb their nose at Australian regulators who do nothing.
Yes Wah Nam are maggots, but the regulator is letting them do it without any fear of retribution.
If it is this easy to exploit Australian juniors, and the Australian regulators are so benign, it would not surprise in the least if the Chinese must be drawing future target list.
The Chinese must be laughing in contempt at ASIC till they we their pants.
