Swuzz is absolutely correct with his response. You would be issued a pro rata allocation of the new shares. Then you would just have to hope that the new company is a killer.
Cremmerson, ARR have not entered liquidation at this point. I am not sure of the logistics of the sale of shares for a dollar. the listed website delisted offers the ability to sell them my shares, which they then hold in trust until the company is liquidated or they would be issued the pro rata allocation of shares should another company buy the shell. For their service they charge 150 dollars admin fee.
I would be happy to sell them to you Cremmerson if the effect is the same. Whatever happens I need to get it done before the end of the financial year.
