    RE Cyberbiz

You've been mentioning t1 how you think cyberbiz was a misplay. I don't see it in the same light. When you're trying to have a large growth story, more than a few % per year, you have to take a few risks. Not all of them will work out and some of them will take longer to work out. Sometimes the product isn't a great fit for the market but sometimes it just takes a while for the market to catch up.

I'm pretty comfortable with where we are now. There's already a decent sized consulting business that will keep the lights on and also provides a floor if everything new they try flops. It would be nice if consulting was growing more quickly but at the end of the day it just doesn't have the same potential to scale. Not focusing on it means that more of the execs time is freed up to chase the bigger picture.

Can anyone help explain Keith unloading shares (10c) immediately prior to the capital raising (7c)? Isn't there a ~100k conflict of interest there?
