Keith Glennan’s initial strategy was the better one.
Focus on the low growth corporate business complemented by strategic acquisitions when the share price is agreeable.
Seems like customers hard to acquire and relatively sticky. Acquisitions more effective than selling and obtaining new customers - particularly ones in SMB market.
