Only issue is your MC weighted index is obviously heavily lead by KRC so the BMN comparison with 'index' is a little misleading... since most are of the opinion that KRC is overvalued and headed further south once the SS is published.

Interested in an update after that document with rebalanced weightings... I guess we could do the work ourselves but you're so good at it!
