There is now genuine worry about the governance of the company. While that persists (which it will if it is demonstrated that the board have enough power to retain bad governance) it will be difficult to get appropriate finance without decimating the share price. The current selling in the face of what appears to be great news clearly says there are a lot of holders who do not trust this board.
