The iron ore processing component of TIVAN is important to BBI, I'd suggest similarly to China's Sinometal noting this is what Chinese technology can do with magnetite resources already : https://www.citicpacificmining.com/our-operation/processing/

The way this reads is there is a premium for higher grade ores, penalty for lower grade ores, Citic (China) know ways to achieve high grade from a low grade ore so the technology is available, selling low grade ores is already hitting the pockets of lower grade ore producers, TIVAN produces higher grade ores & by the sounds of it also produces two very high grade by-products. Why go for one output when you can get 3 without much more in terms of opex or cost per tonne to process?
