    Soo,current CAPEX is based on maximized asian manufacturing. Well if TNG want ECA cover on a loan for the refinery I would guess there will need to be around 50% german manufacturing at a MINIMUM.(depending on what % of the total is loaned by KfW,and what % of that is ECA covered) I don't need to tell you what that means for capex numbers.


    It's all a bit academic at the moment as we are all totally in the dark as to what plans are being investigated,what will be BOOT funded,how things may be staged,what may be bolted on initially(pigment,ferro,etc),JV,the list goes on. I can think of any number of combo's that cover a range of outcomes that make any meaningful estimates from those of us on the outside, almost impossible.
