I think the problem is that the directors do except the wishes of shareholders. Certainly there is no indication that they accept the shareholder wishes.

There has just been a very big sale at 10.5c and it is becoming pretty certain that if the 'boys club' can hold the high ground through the AGM then TNG will certainly fall well below 10c. A first strike on the remuneration motion might get up because of the reduced voting percentage required, which would be the only hope the bulk of shareholders who are looking for improved leadership. It makes me wonder whether the difficulty in getting a new Chairman has really been in finding someone to "toe the club line". The person who declined the offer might have decided against it after he realised what was going on.
