The call that I think you were talking about was from a canvassing company hired by the BOD. They couldn't answer any questions for me. The call was brief, lasting a few minutes, asking which way I would vote for the GM and AGM. Also, they re-iterated that the BOD advises all SHs to vote against the removal of Turkington and for all resolutions at the AGM.
Has everyone received the latest email from the Browns'? It includes the letter that was sent out recently.
If you haven't voted yet, get you A into gear and vote FOR the removal of Turkington to get some accountability and momentum happening.
~6yrs in, and communication/outcomes (ie Vimson - wtf) seem to be getting hazier not clearer. Things need to change.
Well that is a bloodly waste of share holders funds...I can understand why BOD have employed a canvassing company doing their work that way they wont have to answer any questions. Isn't it blatantly obvious to management that holders want clarification as to why we should not vote for the Browns. It seems morely likely the Vimson deal at that ridiculous discount was for voting purposes. Why else dilute the shares as heavily as 20% and at a time when the sp was at a low?? knowing full well that expected up coming news would drive the sp up. Are we that desperate for funds??? This all just before the AGM where votes are needed.
Browns have said PB could had this sorted in 28 days but opted for the maxium time of 2 mths.
Brown's causing delays? ... why opt for the Maxium time? I hate to think of the consequences if management get their way. Make sure you vote folks...simply look at the sp and where it's been over the years...now that aint the Browns fault.
PB...great job with of our long term top holder and sp.
