    Hi Ausheds,

It is good to see the progress at IM.

Why do you believe there will be a hugh advantage for the Canadianian Juniors?

    From Wikepedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-foot_equivalent_unit) the
maxium cargo able to be carried in a 20ft shipping container is 21,600 kilograms.

Therefore, I am suggesting the cost to transport TREO to Canada per kg will be insignificant compared to total value of the TREO.

Allow me to demonstrate. Let us assume an extremely high price for shipping a 20ft container of TREO from Darwin to Canada as $20,000.

Taking the $47,000/tonne of TREO assumed by the company. At this stage we do not know the projected concentration of the TREO that can be produced on site by chemmical processing but let us make an assumption of say 95%.

    Therefore:

Total value of TREO in a 20ft container would be 95% of the tare weight contained in a container (21,600kg) times $47,000.

    = (.95*21600)*47000

    = 20,520 * 47,000

    = $964,440,000

    Transport Costs as a %:

    =(20000/964440000)*100

    =.021%

Or about $10/tonne of TREO worth $47,000.

A $10 advantage/tonne to Canadian Juniors doesn't seem like much of an advantage to me.

    Cheers
