Impressed with the plans going forward for Telstra but why they were not gradually introduced(maybe they are) is beyond me. I guess it took time to come up with the plan but for example simplifying the product offering and streamlining to actually help customers should have been done over the last ten years without hindsight as it is was common sense 20 years ago not to have 1800 plans and expect to have few issues with confusion and end effect angry customers.
