the main problem for TLS is the loss making FoxTel, the disastrous JV with News Corporation. I also think the losses in FoxTel could get much greater if the Shorten regime comes in and reverses the lax anti-siphoning rules of the LNP.
Churn factor for TLS’ FoxTel could go through the roof and disconnections exacerbate the losses.
but the telephones, cell phones, 5G and the market beta still make me give it a hold rating for now with much less confidence but there are still a few ifs in the immediate future.
I do not think Penn and his management team will survive a Shorten regime which might be a good thing for sholders.
