Ash,don't forget the proposal is to re open that vic hazelwood coal plant (as described in 7.30 report as that old dirty victorian brown coal power plant) because the energy from coal plant is required to produce hydrogen gas for export to japan?
Japan gets the nice clean hydrogen gas,we get to store the carbon emissions.hmm same logic as bracks ex labor premier not building dams 'because there was no rain' back when we had a drought.
