Not sure I can clearly see how TLS can disrupt the market. The 7:30 report highlighted how Electricity providers (Energy Australia, Origin and AGL) not retailers are responsible for rising power prices.
TLS could increase internal production of electricity but disruption is a bridge too far IMO.
