Using long term charts, TLS has begun a long term uptrend IMO which started at the end of Jan 2019.....I will go out on a limb here and make my prediction...it will reach 3.61 to fill the gap created in Feb 2018 by this date April 2019....for all holders, lets hope I am right....The long term chart seems to show a double bottom which typically will result in a good uptrend.....GLTAH
