To cut my posts short,TSM the tls venture capital investment in the US seems to be the business model tls should invest in in australia ie an esports co that owns the arena.ie which would probably require consolidation .
ie tls investing in an australian esports co then investing in an esports arena (maybe the nsw arena or build one in vic).It appears to be the business model,whether ten cents esports division or the US tsm co.
ps 'still learning' but i can see why penn/tls keeps talking about competitive gaming.And australian esports is very fragmented and under capitalized.even TSM was under capitalized ie the US is also well behind asia in esports ie china korea etc
But again,best tls take a passive position in consolidating such a co in australia.
