Definitely turning around after the initial leg up from 28 - 29/6 low which lasted 40 days up TLS went down 87 trading days yet did not go lower. The longest up move since the 23/8 high lasted 9 days and another 8 days. With today's high at 2.98 so far that means 12 days uptrend, overbalancing all previous attempts in time although it still has to go  above $3.01 to make a bigger move in price. But looks like this is start of the second leg up. TLS should go above $3.51 in this move at the bare minimum
