@maxter, thanks, that's some great background and some really good points to take on board, that post needs to be voted up!!
It did seem a bit fishy to me. $500k for a licence to use the technology seems a giveaway if it is truly the breakthrough they are claiming, plus @Propunter2 made a comment about it being unusual to attack another technology in a patent document which was my reaction too.
Although it has taken a long time for us to get to this point it does seem that TNG has paid meticulous attention to shoring up the Mt Peake/Tivan combo and we have industry leaders behind us. Hopefully its a case of slow and steady is ultimately what wins the race..
Ultra Power have another couple of months to make a decision so it will be interesting to see whether they take up VEPT or it blows away in the wind. Lets just hope that marketing hype by this crowd doesn't distract from TNG! The sooner we get our shareholder/marketing person on board the better IMO.
