I'll be jacked off purely from a time perspective (4 weeks is a long time to have all your capital tied up. Anyway I beleive that the initial announcement was going to be regarding a significant asset purchase but as this was being done a certain party has been talking to them also regarding T/O, this is why I beleive it is draging out!!Just my opinion of course.
