Yes - they are both focussed on wound healing.
Avita particularly for burns and larger areas (or perhaps "fresh smaller areas that are more acute).
Whereas TIS is more for chronic ulcers, many of whom are in areas of poor blood supply where Avitas spray on skin would battle to take.
The synergy would be more if the active ingredients of TIS were included with the spray on skin for the usual Spray on skin indications.
I dont think spray on skin would take to chronic ulcers so I dont think the synergy runs the other way.
