One thing that could be the reason, as Morphio suggests, is debt. Is it scary? I think it's manageable; then, is it the drag on sp?
Thematically, it's about pushing paper. A slowly shrinking business. Therefore efficiencies from economies of scale come to the fore. This is IGL's emerging strength. However, here, IGL must smoothly, and as quickly as is prudent integrate the various operations and upgrading equipment.
Once this shows up in the numbers, Q1 2018(?) then a clearer picture will develop. Prior to this IGL updates will be vital to sp.
