I appreciate your posts and the fact you are top twenty - on that matter I have tapped on the door to that myself over the last few years.
But when you say"The current price should at a minimum reflect the value of subs plus unlisted coys plus other tenements.", everyone wants to agree with you, but the entire market in practice disagrees with you,,, and the spiel from NM that it should is a pipe dream unless there is an adjustment to process. As they say, people that do the same thing over and over and expect a different result are fools, ...anf they tell me NM is very smart... I believe he is also, so am totally perplexed what his game plan is, although I have my suspicions.
I am formulating a follow up post from that I made regarding the latest Quarterly update.
I am the first to admit it was a provocative post, and the intention was to stimulate debate... which it did not. Although Kfann made some very vaild and appropriate comments in a separate relation thread.
I consider The lack of response means Hot copperers either agreed in principle with what I said, Didnt want to enter into a debate on the matter, or thought I should never tought that fourth bottle of Merlot.
You will have read previous posts of mine, you should understand I am a proponent of DGR and as bullish on an elevated sp as you are, But I remain convinced there is something inherently wrong with the DGR business model that will see it remain substantially below NTA.
To potential shareholders, please dont let my comments discourage you from making an entry to DGR, just dont buy into it believing the market will suddenly wake up and we will trade at NTA..
You will buy at discounted prices.. currently at an all time high discount, so you should not lose over that - but your profit will always be discounted until either the DGR Business plan is adjusted, or ... well I will leave the "or " to my next post.
Leaving my sentiment as Buy and Held - but for transparency, I will divulge I have been re weighting my Portfolio at the expense of DGR.
