In relation to playing around with small holdings - MD buying? was a sarcastic joke. Apex are sitting on 2.2M oz of gold and have only been able to extract well short of a 100oz pa. If/when they (apex) get it right the share price will not show any resemblance to the current share price imho.

If I remember rightly part of the 2010-2011 business plan acknowledged that efforts were to be made in changing market sentiment toward the company. I note that no reference has been made to that component of the business plan in any of the announcements since then.
