ok, so the $300m figure refers to their valuation of current mine
infrastructure and equipment.
The reprocessing project appears to have an 18yr (90,000t at 5000t/yr)
project life, for a est. total ebitda of $540M, at a cost of $200M?, net
benefit of $340M over the 18yrs with a payback time of approx. 7yrs?

Based on Metals X presentations, they also feel tin prices may rise to
as much as $35,000 - $40,000/ton due to looming supply crisis as a
result of continued draw down with no new supply over the next 12
months?,

surely reprocessing tailings, as per some of the gold producers at the
moment, is only done during times of either high prices (eg.gold, whilst it
has fallen back a little is still a very high AUD levels) or suspected
looming high/exploding prices,

so the time to make really big gains is in trusting management and
investing early, rather than waiting till the mine is in production/ready
to be taken over?,

does the above make sense, am I or over optimistic and off the mark?

I did read an article in the past few months that some of the best gains
cin mining investment can be made by buying when prices are low/bottoming
for a particular commodity and then just holding....and waiting for the
company that owns the resource to sell it to a bigger company who finally
mines the resource.
