you just need to ask why these projects do or dont get ever into production.

IMO 95% etc of mineral explorers, have a useless history of milking an idea.

its like a broken tractor the mechanic just keeps tinkering with.

IMO find the right metric, that means find the stocks that have a simple path to move forwards with great financials that make it compelling, and dont bother with the others, or your just buying into the love affair of an idea, that shareholders like yourselves, did 5 or 10 years earlier, and again in another  5 years.

"Oh but its cheap." yes that will attract the dreamers that a commodity swing this time, will keep this ahead of the curve.  Its the wolves who play on the dreamer sheep to sell into, and you wonder why its deja vu for all these small caps.
