Ok so take it away from the chart - Fundamentally demand currently outweighs supply so a I am a firm believer in a near term re-rate. I am a firm believe in the grades that SRZ have.
If you angry with SRZ that is fine, but don't bring down the thread over it. None of us are entirely happy with what has transpired over the course of the last 3 months, however fundamentals still look good.
