CORRECTION
TIMPB return is 60% per annum provided equity finishes ABOVE 50 cents in Sep09. This return does not include selling CFD.
Selling CFD as well as buying TIMPB clearly means return is higher/lower depending on where TIM ends up.
Selling CFD at 80 cents will probably increase rate of return as a flood of TIM scrip hits market from redemption of TIMPB
