Actually, I do think TIM does have more downside as lots of sellers will emerge to offload TIM shares received after exchange of TIMPB. Hence TIMPB a better entry and buying TIMPB and selling TIM via CFD appears to be a very low risk trade with likely outcome 60% per annum return.
