Watford...I've deserted TIMPB for the safer SEVPC.

I just think TIM are coming from a bad place in so far as the debt is concerned and with incomes down this tax year they will sell precious little and that's assuming the tax regime is still disposed to the deductions.

Too many risks here and even Intelligent Inmvestor are getting a little anxious after been the #1 fans for so many years.

Plus the ability to repay the debt must now be suspect (I know of two legal partners who can now no longer afford to repay) and even though TIM have security over the land...what recoverable value???
